If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE, no questions asked. Please send the items to be returned to DailyScrubs.com with a copy of the receipt from your order via Regular Post. Do not return by UPS, FedEx or any other couriers. We will gladly accept returns for refunds within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept for return or exchange laundered, worn, soiled or embroidered merchandise unless defective. All tags or labels must remain on the returned items. Reshipping fee apply for exchanged items.

Canadian customer : If you purchase over $100, you are entitled for free shipping. If you return some items and your final order is less than $100, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We will charge restocking fee of 15% for returned order valued $200 or more.
