Returns or Refunds TOP

If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE, no questions asked.

Please send the items to be returned to DailyScrubs.ca with a copy of the receipt from your order via regular post.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will provide free shipping to send the item back to you.

We will gladly accept returns for refunds within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept for return or exchange Final Sale, laundered, worn, soiled or embroidered merchandise unless defective. All tags or labels must remain on the returned items.

Canadian customer : If you purchase over $49, you are entitled for free shipping.

We will charge restocking fee of 15% for returned order valued $200 or more.

When you order, we ask only for the information needed to process and ship your order. We need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and shipping address(es), credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to fill and ship your order and provide you with information on your order status. For security reasons your credit card information will not be stored under your Daily Scrubs account.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies only to recognize you when you return to our website. If you had items in your shopping basket and then left our site and came back, the cookies will keep your items in the shopping basket. You can still change them or delete them. The cookies just keep your information so you won't have to start over. We do not use cookies for any other information than this.
