Exchanges and Returns

Having second thoughts? Returns can be made within 30 days after receiving your item. Online purchases can be returned online or in store. Store purchases can be returned in store, or you can contact us to set up an online return.

Your 30-day return or exchange window will begin from the date you receive the item—not the order date.

Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Some items, like gift cards, embroidered items, face masks, hats, isolation gown and final sale items can not be returned or exchanged.  

FREE EXCHANGES

We provide Free Shipping for purchase over $99 and Free One Time Exchange. Please email us at info@dailyscrubs.ca for free prepaid shipping label if you would like to exchange.

In Store exchange/return: please visit our Mississauga scrub store.

RETURNS

When returning items for a refund, please send the products back to our office using the carrier that’s most convenient for you. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. 

To keep your return safe and worry-free, we recommend choosing a shipping service that provides tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance options. This helps protect you in case the package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. We also suggest holding onto your shipping and tracking details until your return has been received and processed.
