Exchanges and Returns

Having second thoughts? Returns can be made within 30 days after receiving your item. Online purchases can be returned online or in store. Store purchases can be returned in store, or you can contact us to set up an online return.

Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Some items, like gift cards, embroidered items, face masks, hats, isolation gown and final sale items can not be returned or exchanged.  

FREE EXCHANGES

We provide Free Shipping for purchase over $99 and Free One Time Exchange. Please email us at info@dailyscrubs.ca for free prepaid shipping label if you would like to exchange.

In Store exchange/return: please visit our Mississauga scrub store.

RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dailyscrubs.ca. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you use our prepaid shipping label, we will deduct the return shipping of $12.99+tax from your refund. You may also return them by yourself with any shipping provider of your choice.
