Exchanges & Returns Guidelines
We provide Free Shipping for purchase over $99 before tax and Free One Time Exchange.
For order under $99 before tax , Shipping Fee within Canada is $12.99
For International Shipping, please contact us at info@dailyscrubs.ca
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Daily Scrubs is not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred in order to reroute or reship the package.
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Processing: Orders will be shipped out from our Ontario warehouse within 2 to 10 business days (weekend excluded) based on stock availability.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you through email. Our shipping methods include UPS and Canada Post, depending on your location.
- 1 to 3 days estimated shipping time within Ontario and Quebec
- 3 to 5 days estimated shipping time in other provinces
- Please note that shipping time may take longer to remote areas.
Multiple shipments: On Occasion, products may be shipped separately. If multiple items are purchased, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment, with no additional cost to you.
Store Pickup: An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You may pick up at our Mississauga Location.
Orders can be picked up by:
Monday - Friday: 09:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
