We provide Free Shipping for purchase over $99 and Free One Time Exchange. Please email us at info@dailyscrubs.ca for free prepaid shipping label if you would like to exchange.
For return, you may use our prepaid shipping label, we will deduct the return shipping of $12.99+tax from your refund. You may also return them by yourself with any shipping provider of your choice.

Processing: Items will ship within 2 to 10 business days based on stock
availability.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number
will be provided to you through email. Our shipping methods include UPS and
Expedited Canada Post, depending on your location.
