- Our embroiderer has 20+ years experience and we use a very high quality Isacord threads that are strong, smooth, reliable, resists puckering and looping.
The following are estimated processing and delivery times.
Processing: Items will ship within 2 to 10 business days (weekend excluded) based on stock
availability.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number
will be provided to you through email. Our shipping methods include UPS, Canada Post and local courier, depending on your location.
- 1 to 3 business days estimated shipping time within Ontario and Quebec
- 3 to 5 business days estimated shipping time in other provinces
- Please note that shipping time may take longer to remote areas.
Multiple shipments: On occasion, products may be shipped separately.
If multiple items are purchased, it is possible to receive more than one
shipment, with no additional cost to you.
